Before comparing prices per company, open a sample from the country you want to reach. If your team plans to call, an export without phone numbers won't serve that task. If you plan to import accounts into a CRM, the company identifier matters as much as the contact columns.
A sample answers what the file contains. Your filtered search answers how many matching companies you can buy and what that selection costs. Check both.
Start with the contact you need
A website, a registered domain and an email address are separate data fields. A company can have one without the others. Select the contact filter for the channel your team will use, then look at how that channel appears in the sample: one address, several addresses or an empty cell.
The public samples contain 20 rows. They show the export structure and example values, but those rows aren't a representative coverage survey of your selection. Use the country's current coverage information and the filtered count to size the list.
Finland illustrates why the source matters. PRH's open data does not provide company emails or phone numbers. Innovadata also holds some Finnish emails collected from company websites; Finnish phone coverage is currently unavailable. “From an official register” doesn't describe every contact field in an enriched dataset.
For Sweden, we withhold telephone and postal-address fields where the register's marketing blocks apply. SCB describes those blocks in its register variables. Check each market separately instead of extrapolating from an Estonian file.
Read the numbers with their periods
Suppose your target is companies with annual revenue above €1 million. A quarterly turnover of €300,000 is not an annual figure, and multiplying it by four would add an assumption to the data. Keep the reporting period and currency beside the amount.
Latvian and Lithuanian annual figures differ from Estonian quarterly figures. Swedish employee and turnover data use bands; an unknown band does not mean zero. The same column layout across countries helps with imports, but it doesn't make their source definitions identical.
Check how the file will enter your CRM
Before buying, verify that your import can preserve:
- Country and registration code as a company key, stored as text.
- The distinction between an empty value and a recorded zero.
- Financial periods and currencies, so colleagues can interpret the figures later.
- Several contact values where the file supplies them, without silently dropping all but the first.
A general company inbox isn't a named decision-maker's address. Nor does the presence of an email guarantee delivery or settle whether your campaign may use it.
Quote the selection you intend to use
A one-off Excel order starts at €20 plus applicable VAT. Portal lists use account credits, with one credit equal to €1. After completing their profile, new users receive 30 welcome credits valid for seven days. These are different purchase routes, so use the price shown for your chosen route and selection.
Open the country samples, check the columns and then set your filters. If phone or email is essential, include that requirement before you compare the final counts and prices.
